History of SWAN

South West Alliance of Neighbors SWAN is a coalition of neighborhood associations committed to enhancing protecting and preserving the quality of life for all people within its boundaries. South West Alliance of Neighborhoods was established in 1993 by several Neighborhood Association leaders and West Central Merchants.
