South West Alliance of Neighborhoods was established in 1993 by several Neighborhood Association leaders and West Central Merchants. SWAN members felt it necessary to transform our communities by focusing on three major elements:
- Crime, Education,and Economic Development.
To date, SWAN has made great strides in accomplishing their goals.
